During my time at Forcite Helmets, I spent time re-designing and project managing the implementation of a UX overhaul of their set up process, onboarding and media manager functionality. This involved mapping out the existing user journey, identifying pain points, and simplifying the process. Once done, concepts were created, reviewed, refined and finally integrated into a comprehensive working prototype. Creative assets and animations were then created and supplied to a team of developers who were managed and directed to fulfil the final result.
